SECTION 3: PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS & PRICING

• Product Descriptions & Craftsmanship: We strive to display the colours, textures, and details of our 100% cotton corduroy overalls, hardware, and accessories as accurately as possible. However, because colours displayed depend partly on your monitor or screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your display accurately depicts the exact fabric tone. As our garments utilize natural fibres and bespoke finishes, slight natural variations may occur.
• Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Australian customers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Price Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability.

SECTION 4: ORDERS, ACCURACY OF BILLING & CANCELLATION

• Order Placement & Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel orders placed by any person, household, or per order (e.g., in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or unauthorized reselling).

You agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
• Pre-Orders & Drops: For small-batch pre-orders (e.g., our seasonal drop releases), your payment will be captured at checkout to secure your allocation. Estimated delivery windows provided on product pages are approximate and subject to production and shipping timelines.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

• Fulfillment & Dispatch: Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days
• Delivery Partners: We ship domestically using trusted logistics partners, including Australia Post.
• Risk of Loss: Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery of the parcel to your designated delivery address by the freight carrier.
• Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to deliver within stated timeframes, delivery schedules are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by postal congestion, severe weather, or customs clearance.

If you send us creative ideas, feedback, product reviews, customer photos, or other submissions (whether online, via social media, email, or post), you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and use in any medium any comments or visual assets that you forward to us. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for submissions.
